The drying equipment of fractured sand production line can be divided into single cylinder dryer and three cylinder dryer, which is mainly used to reduce the moisture content of sand from 15% to about 1% after dewatering, and the dried sand is the finished product. The biggest difference between single cylinder dryer and three cylinder dryer is that three cylinder dryer occupies a smaller area than single cylinder dryer, which can be selected according to the area of the site; three cylinder dryer is a three return dryer with high thermal efficiency, and single cylinder dryer is cost-effective and inexpensive although it occupies a large area.
