◆ Product Introduction.

◆ Working principle.
The whole set of classification device consists of airflow classifier, cyclone collector, pulse dust collector, high-pressure induced draft fan, electric control cabinet, etc. The airflow classifier is a forced classifier with secondary air inlet and vertically installed large-leaf rotor. During operation, the material enters from the lower barrel under the action of the induced draft fan's gravity and rises to the partition. Due to the high-speed rotation of the classification impeller rotor, the particles are subjected to both the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the classification impeller and the centripetal force generated by the induced draft fan. When the centrifugal force on the particles is greater than the centripetal force, the coarse particles above the classification diameter are thrown to the inner wall of the barrel and stall and slide down along the wall. The external secondary air enters through the air inlet evenly distributed on the cone, which produces a wind sieve effect on the coarse particles, and separates the fine powder mixed or adhered to the coarse material. The separated coarse material is collected and discharged from the classifier by the unloading device, and the fine powder below the classification diameter is collected by the cyclone collector and pulse dust collector with the air flow, and the purified gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.
