Recently, Shandong Guote Intelligent Equipment Technology Co., Ltd.'s three-cylinder dryer completed a full set of factory quality inspection procedures, including no-load testing and sealing tests, and was successfully loaded and shipped to the customer's project site. The equipment adopts a three-layer nested heat exchange principle. High-temperature hot air and wet materials flow in opposite directions for thorough heat exchange. The material sequentially passes through the inner, middle, and outer cylinders to complete multi-stage dehydration and drying, effectively extending the heat exchange path and significantly reducing heat loss. A layered, staggered material lifting device is installed inside the cylinder to continuously disperse and break up the material, preventing clumping and ensuring that every particle of raw material fully contacts the hot air, resulting in higher drying uniformity. The machine is equipped with variable frequency speed control and an intelligent temperature control module, which can precisely adjust the output moisture content. The thickened, wear-resistant cylinder structure is suitable for various materials such as quartz sand, photovoltaic silicon sand, red mud, tailings, and manufactured sand, offering significant energy-saving and consumption-reducing advantages.
