    RCDF series forced circulation oil-cooled electromagnetic iron removers are suitable for places with particularly high requirements for iron removers, such as coal mines, mining, building materials, and large thermal power plants. They can work normally in harsh environments such as dust, humidity, and severe seaside corrosion. They completely solve the three major problems of heat dissipation, suction, and environmental adaptation of ordinary iron removers.

    1. The forced oil circulation cooling technology for large and medium-sized transformers widely used at home and abroad is introduced, with extremely low temperature rise (≤40°C), and the cooling technology is mature, safe and reliable.
    2. The iron remover has a short magnetic circuit, small magnetic loss, large magnetic field gradient, and high iron removal rate.
    3. The iron remover is light in weight, the oil circuit is smooth and reasonable, the cooler is compact, and the heat dissipation efficiency is excellent.
    4. The excitation coil is completely immersed in the sealed transformer oil, with excellent dust, moisture and corrosion resistance.
    5. The excitation coil is made into a three-dimensional winding, with a large heat dissipation area, low temperature rise (≤40°C), and a long coil service life.
